BEFORE YOUR VISIT
What AC capacity do you need? Beyond room size
Floor area alone cannot determine the right AC capacity. Sun exposure, ceiling height and insulation also matter. Describe the space and how you use it before comparing capacity ratings.

Define the space you want to condition
Are you cooling one bedroom, a living room or several connected spaces? Say whether doors will be closed. Do not assume one unit in the living room will keep every room at the same temperature. A simple sketch or overview photo can help with an assessment.
What information complements floor area?
Note approximate floor area, ceiling height, window size and when sunlight reaches the room. A top-floor position, insulation and indoor heat sources also matter. Generic BTU tables should not be treated as a final equipment recommendation without these details.
Is a larger unit always better?
Excess capacity can cause frequent cycling and poor humidity control in some systems. Insufficient capacity may also fail to provide the intended comfort. Consider the model’s operating range alongside the room’s load rather than choosing the larger rating alone.
If you also need heating
Tell the supplier if you plan to use the AC in winter. Cooling capacity and heating performance are separate considerations. Check the manufacturer’s outdoor operating limits and heating data for the specific model.
Before an assessment in Fethiye
Share approximate room dimensions and photos of potential indoor and outdoor locations. Your address, floor and outdoor-unit access help with installation planning. Ask how the quotation separates equipment cost from the installation scope.
