Do you maintain all brands?
Yes. Tekeli Soğutma is an independent air conditioning maintenance service for all brands.
Is refrigerant added at every service?
No. We check first and refill only when needed. Poor cooling alone does not mean low refrigerant. The required work is determined after inspection.
Do you replace filters?
Yes, where needed. Contact us to discuss the appropriate filter and replacement scope for your unit.
How often is maintenance needed?
The interval depends on use, environment and manufacturer guidance. Before a period of heavy use, review the last service date and filter condition. User filter cleaning is different from professional maintenance; follow your model’s recommended intervals. Share your unit’s conditions to discuss timing.
Will maintenance definitely stop a water leak?
Cleaning or drainage may be involved, but connections, installation or another fault may also need inspection. We need to check the unit to establish whether maintenance is sufficient. When booking, tell us whether water comes from the indoor unit or an outdoor drain hose.
Are maintenance and repair the same?
No. Maintenance addresses cleaning and checks. Fault repairs and parts replacement are assessed separately.
Can I book several units?
Share the number of units and your address. We will discuss the scope and a suitable appointment.
How is the maintenance price determined?
Tekeli Soğutma’s AC cleaning offer is TRY 1,500. We confirm the number of units, cleaning scope and access before the appointment. Do not assume refrigerant refills or filter replacements are included in this price; any need and charge are discussed separately. Repairs and parts are assessed separately from maintenance.
