Is your AC running but not cooling?
Poor cooling alone does not mean the refrigerant is low. Start with the operating settings and airflow. If the problem continues, an inspection is needed to determine the right action.
Three checks before calling a service.
1. Mode and temperature
Check that cooling mode is selected and the target temperature is below room temperature. Fan-only mode does not cool the room. Use your model’s manual to identify the remote-control symbols.
2. Doors, windows and airflow
Close open doors and windows. Check whether curtains or furniture are blocking the indoor unit’s airflow. Do not climb to reach the outdoor unit; report any visible obstruction to a service provider.
3. Filter maintenance
Note when the filter was last cleaned. A dirty filter can restrict airflow. Only carry out user cleaning as permitted by the model’s manual, with the unit switched off; do not dismantle the unit or apply water to electrical parts.
Will a refrigerant refill fix every cooling problem?
No. Airflow, settings and other technical faults can cause similar symptoms. If low refrigerant is identified, its cause also needs assessment. Tekeli Soğutma checks refrigerant and refills it when needed; the work is determined after inspecting the unit.
Does it need maintenance or repair?
Maintenance covers cleaning and routine checks. Repairs and parts replacement are assessed separately. Symptoms alone cannot establish which will be sufficient.

When should you stop using the unit?
Stop using the unit and get technical help if you notice a burning smell, smoke or repeated circuit-breaker trips. If water is leaking from the indoor unit, switch it off and do not touch wet electrical parts. Do not work on wiring, refrigerant lines or internal components.
