What does AC maintenance include?
When booking maintenance, ask what the visit includes as well as the price. Cleaning the filter, cleaning the indoor and outdoor units, checking drainage and checking operation address different needs. At Tekeli Soğutma, we discuss the work according to your unit.

Where does filter cleaning end and professional servicing begin?
A dirty filter can restrict airflow. Follow your model’s manual to clean a user-accessible filter; not every filter is washable. A clean filter does not tell you whether other parts of the indoor unit are clean. Do not dismantle inaccessible parts or spray water onto electrical components.
What do we do during maintenance?
We clean the filter and the indoor and outdoor units, then check drainage and operation. Tell us about any smell, water leak or weak cooling when booking. These symptoms may require inspection or repair beyond cleaning.
Are refrigerant refills and filter replacement included?
Checking refrigerant and refilling it are separate tasks. We assess any refill or filter replacement that is needed separately. When booking, confirm which work the quoted price covers and how additional work would be charged. Do not assume every service includes a refill or a new filter.
If the problem remains after cleaning
Tell us if a smell persists, water leaks or cooling remains weak. Maintenance does not resolve every fault. If a part or repair is needed, we discuss the work and price with you first.
A short checklist before booking
Share the number of units, their brands and models, and the last service date if known. Describe where the indoor and outdoor units are installed, especially if an outdoor unit is difficult to reach. We can arrange a time for Fethiye, Seydikemer or Kaş around our service schedule.
Before and after cleaning
This silent video from our maintenance work shows the unit before cleaning for the first 10 seconds and afterwards for the next 10. It shows the visible cleaning result, not a complete technical inspection.
