BEFORE YOUR VISIT
What should you prepare before booking an AC service?
You do not need to know which part is faulty to book an AC service. Describe what happens, when it started and what appears on the display. A few details help us plan the visit and inspection.

Describe what happens in your own words
“It runs but the room stays warm”, “water drips from the indoor unit” or “it stops shortly after starting” are useful descriptions. Mention whether it happens every time or only in one mode. Copy any display code exactly; a code alone is not enough to diagnose a faulty part.
Which photos are useful?
If safely visible, photograph the model label and controller display. A wider photo showing where the units are installed can also help us discuss access. Do not remove covers, lean out of a window or climb to take a photo.
Mention maintenance and previous work
Tell us when the unit was last serviced, whether it was recently moved and whether anyone has already worked on the same problem. It is fine if you do not know. There is no need to present a guess such as low refrigerant as a confirmed diagnosis.
How are the work and price agreed?
Ask whether there is a charge for the inspection or visit when booking. An initial conversation does not replace inspecting the unit. At Tekeli Soğutma, repairs begin after you approve the proposed work and price. For units under warranty, check the manufacturer’s service conditions; Tekeli Soğutma is an independent service.
Getting ready for the visit
Share your neighbourhood, the number of units and suitable times. If safe, clear movable items from in front of the indoor unit and keep the controller handy. Mention any access restrictions for the outdoor unit in advance. We can discuss availability around our Fethiye, Seydikemer and Kaş service schedule.
